Ingredients


  • 1 large pineapple, cored and peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (roughly 3 limes)
  • 5-6 large basil leaves
  • 6 ounces Novo Fogo Cachaca
  • club soda, as needed
  • granulated sugar, as needed

Instructions

Puree pineapple in blender until smooth and refrigerate until chilled. Blend lime juice and basil leaves. Combine 3 1/2 cups of pineapple juice, the lime-basil mixture, and Cachaca in a pitcher. Edge chilled glasses with lime juice and sugar. Pour mixture in glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil and slice of lime.
